The History of Pure Heart Worldwide Ministries Inc.

The Ministry Begins in Santa Lucia

Pastor Alfredo Cabael Jr. and his family were sent by God to Santa Lucia, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, to start and carry out the ministry. Together with his supportive and loving wife, Pastor Milane Cabael, they conducted house-to-house visitations, Bible studies, DVBS, and even crusades. Through God's guidance and grace, everything was victorious.

Typhoon Frank & a Church Rebuilt

As time passed, the growing congregation built a church made of bamboo and nipa. Then Typhoon Frank — the deadliest typhoon to hit the Philippines, destroying over 82,000 houses — struck and destroyed it. Despite the tragedy, the ministry continued. Through the unity and cooperation of the church members, a new House of Praise was built, and God blessed His church and filled it.

Trials & Tested Faith

Years passed, and many trials came. Some church members were shaken and gave up, and from 2018 to 2019, only the family of Pastor Cabael remained. But Pastor Cabael did not give up his faith — he prayed more deeply, cried out to the Lord, and placed all his trust in Him, believing that there is always a rainbow after the rain, and that if the Lord opens a door, no one can shut it.

A Vision of Deliverance

God sent His evangelist to Pastor Cabael's church. Through a vision, the evangelist saw the church was dying and the enemy wanted to reign — he even counted 272 evil spirits sitting on the chairs inside. He told Pastor Cabael the church was in need of deliverance, and Pastor Cabael approved the request without hesitation.

Deliverance, Revival & Healing

The Deliverance, Revival, and Healing service was successfully conducted. God used this service to open the way and give the Nine Gifts of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:7–10) to the church, along with the spiritual weapons of fire, light, lightning, and the blood of Christ to be used in spiritual battle.

Nightly Prayer Devotion Begins

The church began holding nightly prayer devotions from 7:00 PM, often lasting until midnight or even 2:00 AM, with everyone joining in worship and prayer — including children as young as two and four years old. One night, God showed a vision that adversity would come upon the country. Just weeks later, on March 15, 2020, the Philippine government declared a nationwide lockdown due to COVID-19 — and still, the nightly prayer and worship did not stop.

Miracles During Lockdown

During the lockdown, a teacher asked for healing prayer for her son, comatose for almost a year at BGH Hospital in Baguio City. During prayer, God revealed the son would wake up and be healed — and he did, his strength gradually returning. Their year-long hospital bill of 3.2 million pesos was miraculously reduced to just 900 pesos. Truly, "with man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible" (Matthew 19:26). From then on, more than 100 healing prayer requests were lifted up every night, from within the country and beyond, and the prayer warriors continued traveling by faith to pray for the sick throughout the pandemic.

The Four Living Creatures Revealed

The Lord showed the Four Living Creatures (Revelation 4:7–8) — helpers assigned to fight alongside the prayer warriors in spiritual battle: the Lion, powerful and courageous in striking against evil spirits, rituals, and curses; the Ox, humble yet powerful in healing; the Eagle, discerning even the deepest parts of the earth; and the Face of Man, offering comfort, guidance, and God's highest authority.

Equipped for Spiritual Battle

The Holy Spirit continued to teach each person how to engage in spiritual battle and revealed the hidden schemes of the enemy. As the group walked in faith, the Lord gradually equipped each person with weapons and power for the fight — even the power that, in the name of Christ Jesus, the dead could be raised to life.

The Avatar Tree Revealed

God revealed the Avatar Tree, symbolizing the spiritual identity of PHWMI — spiritually connected to the physical realm, so that whatever happens in one realm happens in the other. The tree is protected by giant swords, with the Sword of Jesus Christ of Nazareth at its top, His blood flowing down through the entire tree to its roots. A seven-colored tornado rotates around it for additional protection. "Go, preach the Gospel," says the Lord.

The Big Diamond & Seven Colors

God revealed a Big Diamond at the center, surrounded by seven small diamonds representing the seven churches, along with light, fire, thunder, the armor of God, and the blood of Jesus Christ.

A Name from the Lord

God's message to the prayer warriors during this season was always the same: "Always have humility and a pure heart." At the time, the group had no registered name. Sister Wonder, one of the prayer warriors, prayed and asked, "Lord, what name do You want for us?" God answered: "Pure Heart." The prayer warriors and Pastor Cabael decided to register the full name, Pure Heart Worldwide Ministries Inc., with the Securities and Exchange Commission — and God confirmed it with a vision of a shining, approved paper.

Officially Registered as PHWMI

When Pastor Cabael and the group went to the SEC, the name "PHWMI" was immediately approved. On April 20, 2021, Pure Heart Worldwide Ministries Inc. was officially registered. Through a vision, God also revealed the ministry's logo, and showed that PHWMI would be a "Revelation Ministry" — founded on the revelation of the Holy Spirit and His Holy Word, teaching Bible prophecy, the Book of Revelation, and the End Times, and equipped with the spiritual weapons of Ephesians 6:12.

Carrying the Gospel Onward

God sent the group to different places in Pangasinan, traveling by motorcycle and tricycle through rain, storms, or sunshine to conduct Deliverance, Revival, and Healing services. From Pangasinan, the ministry expanded into Region II, particularly Cagayan Province. PHWMI is an independent ministry that lives by faith — with no fixed monthly financial support, yet God has provided in miraculous ways time and again, including the very vehicles needed for travel. The mission continues today: deliverance, revival, healing, and crusades in churches and in barangay courts and plazas, alongside the growing family of PHWMI's daughter churches.

From motorcycles to tricycles, God has blessed us abundantly, giving us a van and a sports car to be used in His ministry. How great is our God! The Pure Heart Warriors live by faith and follow whatever God reveals. They obey God’s instructions with love, unity, and humility.
